We will strengthen the contact with power companies such as Guodian, Datang, and Huaneng, and start the construction of multiple power plants such as Dubbing and Wavestack. Do a good job in surveying, designing, demonstrating, reporting and constructing power stations such as Songta, Hudong, Russell, Zara Ferry and Nissi. By 2015, the total installed capacity of the entire country is expected to reach more than 400,000 kilowatts, and the output of hydropower and energy will increase substantially. The hydropower energy industry has become an important source of growth that supports the accelerated development of the regional economy.

Comprehensively strengthen the power grid construction. Based on the networking between Nyingchi Power Grid and Zangzhong Power Grid, the ability to export and access grid power in the collection is enhanced, and the Nyingchi Power Grid aims to deliver more power to the Lhasa load center. Construction of Nyingchi 220KV step-up transformer substation with a capacity of 300,000 KVA, and the construction of a new tiger mouth - Linzhi - Qugei's second round of 220KV lines, will be done in Lanxian and Chayu counties. Accelerate the pace of technological transformation of urban power grids, increase the power supply capacity and power supply quality of urban power grids, and meet the economic development and social power demand of “three counties and one town” in Nyingchi County, Gongbujiangda County, Milin County, and Bayi Township.
